I’ve had a few paving‘s done of my apartment complexes in the past, but this one went better and looks better than any. I have done so far. James did a fantastic job, and I will definitely be to using him again in the future.

I contacted this company last month to seal my asphalt driveway and needed it done while I was on vacation so that the driveway would have time to cure. Yates Asphalt quoted a fair price, was timely, professional, gave me great communication, and the driveway looks beautiful. Before and after photos. The project was seamless from start to finish, and the online billing system was great to work with. I can highly recommend them.
Yates Asphalt Maintenance does incredible work. James did my sister's driveway. He sealed all the cracks and then applied the asphalt sealant quickly and efficiently. Quality is top notch. His price beats others (hands down). His professionalism is top notch and follows up same day to make sure all is well.

Contacted Yates for a re-seal bid. He showed up on time. Conducted a thorough inspection of my driveway, then gave me a professional quote via electronic docu sign. I decided to go with him (middle bid). On the day he said he would be there, I looked out my window at 8am and he was already hard at work. He worked straight through until 3pm when he was finished. Superb job! Highly recommend for asphalt sealing.
